Hector Rodriguez is a kind-hearted and dedicated Director of Operations and Community Educator. He is also a talented artist, whose passion for painting brings creativity and depth to everything he does.
Combining his artistic gifts with a genuine passion for community connection, Hector brings warmth and sincerity to every aspect of his work. With deep respect for seniors and a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships, he strives to create environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
A true Libra, Hector embodies balance, kindness, and integrity in all he does. Outside of work, he enjoys painting, dancing, and spending time with animals—always ready to lend a helping hand, near or far.
Anna Rispo
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Anna Rispo is a graduate of Lynn University and currently serves as the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Sunshine Home Care Services. In this role, she focuses on client outreach, social media management, and supporting the company’s growth with dedication and a genuine desire to help others. Anna approaches her work with humility and care, always striving to contribute positively to both the team and the community they serve.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys keeping those around her happy and energized. She has a passion for sports and a keen interest in sports cars, reflecting her love for excitement and teamwork. Known for her friendly and down-to-earth nature, Anna naturally brings people together and brightens the days of those around her.
